Development partners

Donors & funds

Global Partnership for Education, Education Cannot Wait, World Bank, and bilateral partners funding the sector.

Implementers

Coordination principles

  • 1
Collect once, use many times. Field data submitted once serves monitoring, evaluation, accountability and public reporting.
  • 2
Government-owned. MoECHE owns the platform and the data; partners contribute under a shared agreement.
  • 3
Do no harm. Personal and safeguarding data are protected by role-based access and strict retention rules.
  • 4
Transparency by default. Aggregated results are public unless there is a clear protection reason not to publish.
