Public Feedback is the citizen-facing complaints and feedback channel for the education sector. It is intentionally simple and supports anonymous reporting. Reports feed the Accountability Hub, where they are triaged, investigated and resolved. Categories 5–6 (safeguarding and abuse) are escalated confidentially.
